Esome-DSR Capsules : Esomeprazole (40mg) and Domperidone (30mg) Prolonged Release (PR) capsules are a combination therapy used primarily to treat acid-related gastrointestinal disorders, especially when simple acid suppression is insufficient. 

Esome-DSR Capsules Uses : 

• Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): Treats chronic acid reflux, heartburn, and regurgitation by reducing acid production and preventing backflow into the food pipe.
• Functional Dyspepsia: Manages indigestion characterized by upper abdominal pain, bloating, and early fullness.
• Peptic Ulcers: Promotes the healing of sores in the stomach (gastric) and small intestine (duodenal).
• Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome: Controls abnormally high acid production caused by specific tumors.
